Position Summary:
Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a full-time Academy Enrollment Specialist on the Fond du Lac Campus. The Academy Enrollment Specialist is responsible for the promotion of academies to high school students and building and maintaining relationships with academy students to support them through the admissions process, course planning, registration, advising, and credential completion, offering comprehensive assistance along the way.
The successful candidate will have an Associate degree in marketing, business, communications or a related field and three years of higher education or secondary education experience.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for promotion of academies to high school students and management of all students and processes within academies including collaboration with K-12 and Student Services. Serve as primary liaison between K12 and Recruitment teams.
• Utilize student tracking information system (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP) and other reporting tools to analyze data to identify and perform recruitment activities of students into and through the academy model process.
• Responsible for the collection, entry, and monitoring of academy processes and tracking student progress to ensure student and academy success.
• Coordinate Start College Now processes, CRM workflow messages, registration and orientation sessions in collaboration with recruitment team.
• Assist prospective academy students to facilitate successful entry and enrollment in MPTC High School Academies, and encourage direct enrollment post high school graduation.
• Facilitate an exceptional student experience by providing case management for academy participants, including regular communication with stakeholders, students, parents and counselors/administration to ensure student success.
• Support K12 career exploration activities including outreach, marketing and awareness activities to promote high school academies.
• Manage special projects as assigned.
Experience & Qualifications(in addition to those listed in the summary above):
• General understanding of and knowledge of college resources for students.
• Knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Office 365 (Office Suite, Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
• Ability to quickly learn and use new technologies and database systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) and customer relationship management (CRM).
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills, including to large audiences, as well as, customer service, organizational, planning, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly and effectively with end users, colleagues, and other stakeholders to provide a complete and timely explanation of issues and decisions to ensure customer satisfaction.
• High degree of organizational skills and the ability to quickly interpret and synthesize data and information from multiple sources to develop insights and recommendations.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work; analyze information, resolve problems, and make recommendations. Knowledge of continuous and performance improvement concepts.
• Ability to take initiative, work independently with little supervision, and make sound decisions with minimal direction.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize special projects with routine assignments.
• High degree of integrity and professionalism and a demonstrated ability to respect the confidentiality of information and demonstrate critical and systems thinking.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations by promoting and maintaining an inclusive work environment and culture that is respectful and accepting of diversity.
Desired Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a post-secondary educational setting in admissions, marketing or recruitment.
• Experience in sales and marketing.
Hiring Range: $26.95-$31.25
Starting: January 2026
Workplace Flexibility: Limited work from home upon approval
Hours/Schedule/Travel: Academic: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (37.5 hours), Summer: Monday - Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. (34 hours)
