Position Summary:
Moraine Park Technical College is seeking a part-time instructor for our Health and Wellness program on our West Bend Campus. Assistance will be needed for the Wellness Coaching and Interviewing course on Fridays in the fall from 9:00am-11:00am and in spring on Thursdays, will be Fitness Testing and Prescription from 9:00am-11:00am and Strength Training and Group Fitness from 11:30am-1:30pm.
The successful candidate will have a bachelors degree in a related field and two years (4,000 hours) of paid work experiences related to the program(s) being taught, including one year (2,000 hours) of paid work experience that has been acquired within the past five years. In lieu of this one year of recent experiences, two years of post-secondary teaching experience in the appropriate occupational field within the past five years may be considered. (Two years of post-secondary teaching experience means eight semesters of part-time teaching or four semesters of full-time teaching at an accredited institution.) Certification in ACE Personal Trainer and Health Coach, or willing to obtain within first year

Hiring Range: Adjunct pay rates may vary between $39.85 - $43.99/hour based on course configuration
